ONLINE MONEY-MAKER #7: Terry Zulit and his $13,188 from Google Adsense in one month

The next person making over $50k per year online that I’ve been fascinated with lately is Terry Zulit (which apparently might not be his real name, since this says alias) — a guy that has developed an entire auto-post blogging system that he sells for $39.99 on his website.

I went ahead and bought the Zulit auto-blogging system, because this guy is unlike anyone I’ve ever seen online.

He doesn’t claim to make millions, but you can tell from his writing that he’s a real person, and a hard-working one at that.

Terry has even got his wife (and son?) in on the auto-posting deal of making money online by looking for interesting, well searched-for niche topics with not much competition — then finding rss feeds to scrape or aggregate and setting up websites around them.

I’ve delved into the auto-posting thing before — and promptly got a profitable website that had made $5k per month at least one month banned from Google. That website was WatchFreeEpisodes.com, and I didn’t learn initially a whole lot from that banning.

I got another website, CPTimes.com, banned from Google as well, and a third website might have been sandboxed.

So it’s good to learn how to aggregate rss feeds the right way, and rewrite with Zulit’s program.

Terry’s Earnings Reports of Google Adsense Posted Online

One of the things I like the most about Zulit’s website is that he posts up actual numbers, like this screenshot showing $13,188.38 earnings from an Adsense account in December.

And then there’s his screenshot of earnings only half-way into January 2011 as they sat at $727.03 for the month-to-date total.

If this is his son’s account, it’s not too shabby at $374.20 less than two weeks into January, and his wife’s Adsense was up to $531.21 for the same time period.

So it’s very interesting to see how these earnings are coming about — with Zulit picking out a good niche topic and building a site around it that is fleshed out with content from around the web.

He writes his own stuff, too, taking time to write long posts and original content around the web as well.

Like he said, Terry’s putting all his irons in the fire to have these multiple streams of income flowing in.

I like the philosophy, plus the fact that his website isn’t like all the other look-a-like landing pages you see crowded around the web these days.

And he’s not selling his system for some ungodly amount of money on Clickbank.

All these factors convinced me to invest the $39.99 in the system, but be warned, one of the first things Terry discloses in the book is that it could take six months for some of these new websites you create to start getting traffic and making money.

With all that Google Adsense money and $39.99-a-pop system sales, Zulit has definitely gotta be pulling down more than $50k per year online.
